The Wandering Baron

He is known as the wandering baron. The one who owns no land but reigns over the sea. The baron leads a party of pirates that have the ability to walk on water. He travels the sea seeking for lone boats to raid. The baron also hunts ferocious marine monsters to harvest rare materials and sell them to the highest bidder on the coast.
